Conduct capability-based investment planning and portfolio assessments anchored in intelligence-informed enterprise modeling, simulation and analysis

AFRL needs to “go fast” in the right direction to ensure technology-enabled capabilities are delivered to the warfighter at the speed of relevance. To align resources to the right priorities and achieve transition success, AFRL will conduct capability-based investment planning and science and technology portfolio assessments anchored in intelligence-informed modeling, simulation and analysis.
